Monthly cleaning services

Pool, Spa & Water Feature cleaning is a year-round business and here at Mass Pools & Spas, we never stop. We offer services for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and seasonal services. FULL-SERVICE MAINTENANCE PLAN

Our Full-Service Cleaning Program is designed to keep your water healthy and in the “ready to enjoy” mode at all times. The following are completed weekly or bi-weekly:

  • 13-point Chemical Testing & Maintenance Program

  • Check, Clean, and Wash all Baskets (Pump, Simmer, etc)

  • Skim Top & Bottom of Water for Debris

  • Brush (Walls, Tiles, Stairs, and Bottom)

  • Backwash & Raise Pump

    • Sand Filters are cleaned once a week (more depending on the usage)

    • DE Filters are cleaned every 1-3 weeks depending on the usage

    • Cartridge Filters are cleaned every 2-6 weeks depending on the usage

  • Check & Refill Chlorinators

  • Proper Water Level Adjustments (with customers pre-approval)

  • Vacuum (Walls & Bottom)

  • Check All Filtration Plumbing

  • Inspect Plumbing, Foundation, etc for Leaks and/or Damage

  • Check drains (skimmers and main drain)

  • Check All Safety Equipment

  • On-Site Chemical Adjustments

  • Superior Post Customer Communication

Stand-Alone Hot Tub MAINTENANCE PLAN

Our Hot Tub Maintenance Program is designed to keep your water healthy and is designed for owners who want to relax and enjoy. The following services are completed:  

  • 13-point Chemical Testing

  • Check and Wash Filter Basket

  • Skim Top & Bottom of Water for Debris

  • Brush Walls, Seating Area, Cover, Edge, and Much More…

  • Make All Chemical Adjustments

  • Maintain Proper Water Level (with customers pre-approval)

  • Vacuum (as needed)

  • Confirm Control Board and Temperature is Working Properly

SEASONAL SERVICES

Keeping water clean is a year-round business and here at Mass Pools & Spas, we never stop. Each quarter, we offer Seasonal Services which help remind our customers of things to come. POOL, SPAS, water feature WINTERIZING

Our winterizing service gets your pool, spa, and water feature ready for the cold weather. This service plan will completely close your water for the winter. Our team completes the following services:

  • Full-Service Cleaning Plan

  • Remove all plugs and drain the following (if applicable):

    • Circulation Pump

    • Water Filtering System

    • Water Heater System

    • Water Sanitizer

  • Remove directional inlets and blow-out water from the circulation lines (In-Ground only)

  • Install customer winterizing plugs and skimmer freeze protection devices

  • Add winterizing chemicals

  • Lower water level to appropriate mark

  • Removal of all toys, patio furniture, ladders, handrails, diving boards/slides (if applicable)

  • Patio furniture cleaning and storage (per customers request)

  • Install of pool winter covers (if applicable)

WATER FEATURES MAINTENANCE services

Professionally or naturally created ponds, waterfalls, fountains, and more for residential property need to be maintained and services to make sure their are enjoyed year-around.

Water has the ability to relax and energize our spirits. Think of how relaxing it is to sit by the ocean, or take a boat out on the lake. And when we can’t go to water, we find ways to bring that relaxation to us, by installing a beautiful water features on your property.

Features such as ponds, waterfalls, water fountains and luxurious birdbaths can make your property more appealing and add value to your property. At Mass Pools & Spas we can help you design and build your dreams.

But with any water features bring some type of maintenance. For instance, ponds need different levels of care depending on the season: you’ll need to add different type plants for cold weather, and make sure the pond is properly aerated – maximizing the oxygen your fish receive –during the warmer months.

Maintaining your water fountain involves regular cleaning, replenishing the water, mixing in additives to prevent algae growth, and making sure the pump is working properly. Fountains in the driveway, back yard, connected to the pool/spa, and/or on the property need consistent care for long-term enjoyment.

Even something as simple as a birdbath requires some maintenance and care: things like emptying the dirty water, cleaning the bath to kill algae, refilling the water, yearly painting, stand/base repair, etc. are just a few services needed for our flying friends to enjoy their peacetime.
